What is dropshipping?+
Dropshipping (also called drop shipping) lets you sell products without holding the stock yourself. With Click Stock Direct, you create your listings and make the sale, then pay us to pack and ship the item directly to your customer. You manage your listings and customer relationship, and must follow your marketplace’s rules.
Is all your stock brand new?+
Yes. All stock supplied by Click Stock Direct is brand new. Check each product listing for its size, colour, packaging and other details before selling.
Do I need to buy stock upfront?+
No. Browse the catalogue and create your own listings. You pay the wholesale price when you submit a fulfilment request after making a sale. Stock is shared and is confirmed at payment.
Do you create my marketplace listings?+
No. We provide images and suggested wording for you to download and copy. You create and manage your own listings and must follow your marketplace’s rules.
How does the shipping label work?+
After a sale, attach a prepaid PDF, PNG or JPEG label, or choose an available Click Stock Direct postage service and enter the buyer’s UK delivery address. If your marketplace requires its own label, use that label. Our team books any postage bought from us and adds tracking to your order.
Are profits guaranteed?+
No. Suggested selling prices are advisory. Potential gross profit is the suggested sale price less our wholesale price, before fees, taxes, discounts and other costs.
What if the item sells out?+
Stock is shared and not reserved while you list an item. Check stock regularly. If another reseller pays for the last unit before your payment completes, we automatically initiate a full refund.
